So I had my weekly checkup today and had some good news!  I am dilated one centimeter!  It doesn’t give any indication of when anything might start happening but it’s progress!  Having one less centimeter to dilate makes it seem like I already have some of the work done.  I have been instructed to walk as much as possible and do squats throughout the day.  Well, nothing else to do.  Except taxes.  Is there anyone out there who would rather do taxes than childbirth?  Didn’t think so.  Especially when you know you have to pay.  Tomorrow is the big day, maybe.  I’m trying to decide what to do on my birthday, which is Thursday.  Hmmm….go out to dinner?  Have a baby?  Go bowling?  Nope, too big with a whacked out center of gravity.  Have a baby?  I just can’t decide!  Any suggestions?  We’ll keep you posted and if the baby takes its time, I should have time to do a quick post after things get rolling!  Cross your fingers!!
